No charge for a Non-Profit Status 501(c)3 events open to the public.

Pavilion and gazebo rentals are free if vacated before 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Pavilions are rented in four-hour blocks. Rental time must include setup and cleanup.

Reservation requests MUST be made at least 14 business days in advance of event. Please note: reservations will not be accepted for dates more than one year in the future. Town staff will respond to your submitted request within seven business days. If you have not been contacted after seven business days of your submission, please call the parks department at 301-829-1424. Please do not submit payment until you have been contacted by Town staff.  

Alcohol is not permitted in any Town park. All Town parks are open dawn to dusk with use of lighted facilities permitted until 10 p.m. 

Please keep our parks clean by bagging trash and placing by the trash can before you leave.

There is not a grill at this pavilion. Use of private and/or Town-owned grills is at your own risk. The Town of Mt. Airy bears no responsibility for any bodily injury and/or property damage.
