NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED DESIGNATION OF PRIORITY AREAS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE TOWN FOR PURPOSES OF
ALLOCATION OF WATER AS PROPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION PURSUANT TO THE TOWN CODE CHAPTER 109 “WATER” AND SECTION 109-19.14 TITLED “WATER AND SEWER ALLOCATION”
On January 27, 2020, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mount Airy will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 110 South Main Street, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 beginning at 7:00 p.m. regarding the proposed designation of Priority Areas for future development within the limits of the Town purposes of allocation of water pursuant to Town Code Chapter 109 entitled “Water” and Section 109-19-.14 entitled “Water and Sewer Allocation”. A map of the priority area and proposed resolution is available for review at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at www.mountairymd.org.
