The Carroll County Chapter of the Maryland Municipal League is pleased to offer three (3) $1,000 scholarships to Carroll County High School students who have been accepted into a College, University, or Technical School, or Carroll County students currently enrolled in a College or University in a Graduate or Undergraduate program for the 2026-2027 school year. We are requesting that you share this scholarship opportunity with your students.
The Application is attached, available for download at the Town of Hampstead website, www.hampsteadmd.gov under News & Announcements or at your local Town Office. Please note, there has been an addition to the scholarship eligibility for this year as we have added Technical School to the scholarship criteria.
The application must be the 2026 Application Form and must be received at the Town of Hampstead Office by 4:00 p.m. on or before Friday, April 24, 2026.
