Curbside Bulk Trash Pick Up on May 9

Recycling and Sanitation Information Posted on February 03, 2026

The Town's annual curbside bulk trash pick up will take place on Saturday, May 9.

Each household is allowed two items and all items must be outside on the curb by 6 a.m. on pickup day. All items must be in front of your home and not in a community pile.

Please see list below for acceptable items



Accepted items with special instructions

Grills --- Remove propane tank

Riding mowers --- Remove gas and oil

Push mowers --- Remove gas and oil




Other acceptable items

Televisions

Lawn furniture

Carpet (Rolled up and not more than 30 pounds)

Picnic tables

Bicycles (Must be marked)

Small chairs and tables

Couches and chairs

Bed frames (NO MATTRESSES)




Items not accepted

Computers, printers or monitors (Please take to electronic recycling)

Batteries

Microwaves

Construction and building material (no sinks, toilets, cabinets)

Propane tanks

Cardboard, paper, books

Dehumidifier

Humidifier

Tires

Yard waste, dirt, rocks or sod, root balls and tree trimmings

Large pieces of concrete materials

Paint cans

Fencing

Gasoline, oil and other flammables

Hazardous waste/material

Explosives or ammunition

Dead animals

Human or animal feces

Household trash

Bags of clothing

Automobile parts

Mattresses or box springs

Dishwashers

Refrigerators

Washers

Dryers

Stoves
