The Carroll County Bureau of Aging and Disabilities will be hosting their annual Aging Your Way Health and Wellness Expo (formerly known as Seniors on the Go Expo) on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shipley Arena, Carroll County Ag Center, 706 Agricultural Drive, Westminster.
Admission and shuttle services are free.
Participants can get free health screenings, play vendor prize bingo, listen to speakers and attend seminars, watch community program and fitness demonstrations, enjoy a grab and go lunch as well as complementary therapies and dispose of medications. There is also a dedicated area for veterans at the event.
