Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
December 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall to hear the following case(s):
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2024-04 – 107 Jimmys Street, Lot 33, Brittany Manor
The applicant requested an Appeal for Variance Under the Zoning Ordinance for the above-mentioned project under section §112-25 (R2 District) Section D (3)(E) Rear Yard Setback of the Town Code.
