Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall to hear the following case(s):
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2024-03 – 609 Center Street, St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church
The applicant requested a Special Exception for the abovementioned project under section §112-25C (2) and §112-62F (10) of the Town Code. On Monday, July 29, 2024, the Town Planning Commission gave a favorable conditional recommendation to the Board of Appeals for the proposed use.
