The Mount Airy Town Council will hold a closed session at the Mount Airy Town Hall, 110 S. Main St., Mount Airy, on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 7 p.m.
Prior to the start of the regular Town Council meeting, the Council will go into open session at which time it is expected that the Council will vote to hold a closed meeting, as allowed by STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b)(1): To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of
appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; or any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals; Subj: Personnel Matter.
The meeting will adjourn after the closed meeting. The regular Town Council meeting will then begin at 7:30 p.m.
