The Town of Mount Airy’s Economic Development Commission is conducting a brief survey to better understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities facing our local businesses. Your feedback will help shape future resources, events, and support programs that directly benefit our business community.

As a thank-you, businesses that complete the survey by August 15th will receive a complimentary sponsorship for our annual block party, Celebrate Mount Airy, on August 23rd from 5–8 PM—a $500–$1,000 value that includes vendor space and promotional recognition.
Over the next few weeks, our Town Hall summer interns will be visiting local businesses to drop off flyers for our upcoming Small Business Roundtable, happening on Monday, September 9th from 5–7 PM at Town Hall (110 S Main St). During these visits, they’ll also carry paper copies of the survey and can help walk through it with you if you have a few minutes.
The Roundtable is a chance for local business owners to engage directly with Town leaders, share concerns and ideas, and build a more connected and collaborative business community.
