Water Bills are mailed out quarterly on the first of January, April, July and October and are due January 30th, April 30th, July 30th and October 30th.

Carroll County Town Residents - Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Recycling is picked up every Wednesday by J&J Inc. Frederick County Town Residents - Trash is picked up every Friday by J&J Inc. and Recycling is picked up every other Wednesday by Frederick County Recycling. Nottingham Residents - Trash is picked up every Friday by J&J Inc. and Recycling is picked up every Wednesday by J&J Inc.
