The Mount Airy Community Garden is back for its second year and we are looking for gardeners, sponsors and volunteers to participate!
Located at 714 Rising Ridge Rd., the garden is a place for the community to come together to enjoy the benefits of growing local healthy food and learning about sustainable horticultural practices and other environmental topics.
Large and small plots are available for rent ($50 for a large plot and $25 for a small plot for the whole season.) As a part of renting a plot, gardeners are expected to follow the garden rules and participate in designated cleanup days.
