The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall (110 S. Main St.) for the purpose of hearing the following cases:
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2023-04 – filed by Ron Thompson for the purpose of obtaining a variance/modification to the LC zone based on hardship under Section §112-37 of the Zoning Ordinance on the property known as South Side Plaza, Mount Airy, MD, located in the LC District.
CASE NO. MA-A-10-05 – filed by John T. Maguire for the purpose of obtaining an extension of the approval of the special exception for elderly housing at Wildwood Park Section VII as granted in the original Decision dated August 31, 2010, as required under Section 112-26, C, 5 of the Zoning Ordinance on the property known Wildwood Park Section VII in Mount Airy, MD, located in the R3 District.
