The Town of Mount Airy Planning Commission will hold a work session to review ORDINANCE NO. 2023-8 – AMEND ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES OPEN SPACE WAIVER on Thursday, May 25, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 110 S. Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.
At the start of the work session, the Commission intends to go into closed session to discuss a legal matter and receive legal advice from legal counsel pursuant to the Maryland General Provisions Article of the Maryland Code, Open Meetings Act, Section 3-305(b)(7) – subject: Ordinance 2023-8. Thereafter, the Commission is expected to return to an open session to discuss the ordinance.
