On January 31, 2022, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mount Airy will hold a public hearing via a Zoom meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. regarding the proposed designation of Priority Areas for future development within the limits of the Town for purposes of allocation of available water and sewer capacity pursuant to Town Code Chapter 109 entitled “Water” and Section 109-19-.14 entitled “Water and Sewer Allocation”. A map of the priority area and proposed resolution is available for review at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at https://www.mountairymd.org/192/Planning-Commission.
